This galette is traditionally eaten the first week-end in January in connection with Epiphany. It goes well with coffee or a semi-sweet white wine.This puff pastry casing filled with an almond cream , comes with une fevre (figurine) hidden inside, The guest with the lucky portion will become the king or queen . Also comes with a crown. Great for a family reunion.
